Job Overview

The Contracts Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing civil engineering projects from beginning to completion. This role requires ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, in accordance with relevant regulations and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Project Planning and Management: Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets. Monitor project progress, adjusting plans as necessary to ensure objectives are met.
  2. Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with clients to understand project requirements and expectations. Act as the primary point of contact between the client, project team, and subcontractors. Prepare and present regular project reports to stakeholders.
  3. Resource Management: Allocate resources efficiently to meet project deadlines.
  4. Experience: At least 5 years of experience in contracts management within the civil engineering or construction industry.
  5. Proficiency: Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
