About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Supplier Engagement Analyst to join our team at Schroders. As a global asset and wealth manager, we deliver a broad range of investments designed to meet the diverse needs of institutions, intermediaries, and high net worth individuals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Group Procurement with developing, embedding, and enhancing our supplier governance framework.
  • Deliver objectives related to supplier oversight, risk/regulatory compliance, and support Corporate Sustainability to deliver the Group's sustainability strategy.
  • Monitor and evaluate supplier metrics, and support and lead stakeholder and supplier engagement towards our sustainability goals and compliance activity.
  • Facilitate analysis and compliance with regulatory obligations, policies, and procedures.
Requirements
  • Excellent analytical experience to understand and interpret data and information, bringing insight.
  • Design and development of effective management information and reporting.
  • Experience of supplier segmentation and risk assessment, including outsourcing and supplier management.
  • Demonstrable project management, coordination, and delivery experience to set objectives and demanding deadlines.
  • Understanding of supplier-related risks and opportunities, including regulatory compliance and sustainability.
  • Excellent levels of communication, able to influence and persuade others, while building strong working relationships.
