Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be tasked with:
  • Ensuring optimal crew allocation to support our operational schedule, thereby contributing to our renowned punctuality and high standards of customer service.
  • Collaborating closely with the Operations Management Team to adapt to the fast-paced and ever-evolving demands of the aviation sector.
  • Participating in a comprehensive training and development program designed to equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge for success.
  • Working under the guidance of the Senior Crew Controller and Deputy Manager, you will be part of a motivated team that thrives in a high-pressure environment.
Essential Skills and Experience:
