We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to take on the role of Quality Assurance Supervisor within our vibrant Technical team.
This position plays a crucial role in ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies while overseeing quality assurance operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare for unexpected audits from BRC and clients to uphold our AA+ rating.
- Oversee pest control measures and resolve any non-conformance issues.
- Lead the QA/Technical team and manage daily operations effectively.
- Ensure accurate documentation and traceability in collaboration with production teams.
- Support technical aspects during customer visits.
- Provide training and mentorship to both production and QA personnel.
- Monitor shelf-life samples and perform microbiological testing.
- Record and communicate Technical KPIs within the organization.
- Act as a quality advocate for all product specifications and visual standards.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a Quality Assurance role within the food manufacturing sector.
- Certification in Level 3 Food Safety and Hygiene.
- Certification in Level 3 HACCP.
Essential Skills:
- Strong knowledge of microbiology.
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal, along with basic numeracy skills.
- Organized and systematic approach to tasks.
- Competent IT skills.
- Familiarity with food regulations, BRC Global Standards, and customer compliance codes.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to coach on quality issues.
