Key Responsibilities:

* Develop meaningful relationships with Senior Stakeholders across your business unit
* Provide expert advice across a range of global HR issues
* Support the HR Team by being accountable for delivering monthly reports, ensuring attention to detail and being able to meet static deadlines
* Coach and build the capability of managers to anticipate and pre-empt areas for improvement and provide solutions
* Be a visible partner to LBR\u2019s employees, providing platforms and encouraging upward communication on people-based issues and interests
* Actively participate in delivering company-wide training and change management programmes
* Support the People & Talent Director in driving the delivery of key people projects, including but not limited to career progression, diversity & inclusion, management capability, L&D and organisational design.
* Support multiple, global, payroll processes
* Be competent at managing conflicting priorities in terms of your workload

Skills Knowledge and Expertise:

* CIPD L5, or equivalent relevant professional qualification is desirable.
* Strong generalist HR experience in a partnering role.
* Proficient in HR software and MS Office Tools (especially excel).
* Good communication skills both verbal and written.
* Sound understanding of international employment law (US labour law is desirable).
* Ability to work in a fast-paced working environment.
* Ability to work under minimal supervision.
* Initiative, proactiveness and a change enabler.
* Experience using ADP and DEEL is desirable but not essential
* Experience using Workday (ideally with implementation experience)
* Ability to maintain a positive and healthy working environment.
