We are seeking a skilled Technical Writer to join our team at Onyx-Conseil. As a Technical Writer, you will play a crucial role in creating high-quality documentation for our software engineering team.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with subject matter specialists and technical staff to create software documentation.
- Communicate complex ideas in a concise manner by creating product manuals with screenshots and tutorials.
- Develop documentation that is easy to understand for a non-technical audience.
- Improve existing and potential content, converting complex documentation to easy language for multiple audiences.
- Become familiar with technology architecture, design, and implementation requirements.
- Contribute to defining documentation standards and ensuring the quality of documentation.
- Choose the appropriate medium for documentation, such as SharePoint, Confluence, or GitHub.
- Experience defining, implementing, and supporting technical writing in an agile organization.
- Understanding of documentation aspects of software APIs.
- Eagerness to influence how digital services are documented and delivered.
