About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Event Coordinator to join our team at Twenty Nine Consultantcy Ltd. As an Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of event planning and execution, while also focusing on sales activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Event Planning and Coordination: Organize and manage logistics for various events, ensuring all details are executed flawlessly, from venue selection to scheduling and materials preparation.
  • Sales Strategy Implementation: Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to each event, with a focus on driving revenue through face-to-face interactions with attendees.
  • Customer Engagement: Actively engage with event attendees, effectively communicating the value of our clients' offerings and inspiring them to make donations or purchases.
  • Lead Generation and Management: Identify and qualify potential leads during events, tracking interactions and following up to convert prospects into loyal customers.
  • Brand Advocacy: Represent our clients with professionalism and enthusiasm, articulating their mission and values to encourage support and engagement from attendees.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor event outcomes and sales data, providing insights and recommendations for future events to enhance overall effectiveness.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure seamless communication and collaboration, sharing best practices and strategies to optimize event success.

Requirements:

  • Full and unrestricted right to work in the UK. We cannot consider Tier 4 or PSW visas, unfortunately.
  • Must not have applied to any of our openings in the past 30 days.
  • Availability to work full-time, including weekends and evenings, as required for various events.
  • Proven experience in event coordination or sales, with a strong desire to succeed in a sales-driven environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, enabling effective event management and execution.
  • A proactive and creative approach to problem-solving, with a commitment to achieving sales targets.
