Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Discovery. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with positive behavior support through active engagement and meaningful lives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support individuals to live the lives they want, promoting independence and autonomy.
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care and household chores.
- Encourage and facilitate social interactions, including community engagement and leisure activities.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with individuals, families, and colleagues.
- Contribute to a safe and supportive environment, adhering to health and safety protocols.
