About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and ambitious Civil Engineer to join our team at Flux Consulting. As a Senior Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for leading a team of Civil Engineers and overseeing the design process for highways and drainage projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of 5 direct reports and provide guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery
  • Oversee the design process for highways and drainage projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement project plans
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Civil Engineer with a strong background in highways and drainage design
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
  • Strong understanding of industry standards and regulations, with the ability to ensure compliance
