Job Summary:
Westwood Motor Group is seeking a skilled and experienced Accounts Officer to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day financial operations of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the preparation and management of financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Process and reconcile financial transactions, including invoices and payments.
- Provide administrative support to the finance team, including data entry and record-keeping.
- Collaborate with the accounts team to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in accounting and finance, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in accounting software and systems, including spreadsheets and financial management tools.
