About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and caring Learning Support Assistant to join our team at a large and highly regarded SEN School. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils with Autism and Moderate Learning Difficulties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized support to pupils with special educational needs
  • Assist with lesson planning and implementation
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
  • Contribute to a supportive and inclusive learning environment
Requirements
  • Relevant experience of working with children, young people, or vulnerable adults
  • Resilience and ability to meet demands of a special school setting
  • Understanding of the needs of students with learning difficulties
  • Reliability in attendance and punctuality
