As a Salesforce Project Manager at Arlanis Reply, you'll run our client projects in an agile and efficient way, keeping our teams on track in relation to project cost, risks and timelines. You'll ensure that our project delivery is based on excellent project management methodology (e.g. Agile, Prince2) and will help our teams overcome any hurdles they may face throughout the project delivery life cycle. This role will give you exposure to projects specialising in Salesforce as well as Mulesoft application integration, working with some of the world's leading brands. - You'll ensure we deliver projects in a structured way, keeping our teams on track with the agreed project timeline.
- As a Salesforce project manager, you'll oversee the progress of our digital projects from the initial planning stage all the way to completion.
- Shape and own project plans and project management systems, maintaining good project discipline.
- Lead and motivate a multi-skilled delivery team focusing on Salesforce implementation and Mulesoft application integration projects.
- You'll act as the prime point of contact for project stakeholders and as a liaison to client subject matter experts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Economics, Computer Science or in an IT-related field.
- You have already gained digital project management experience with exposure to agile methodology.
- Certifications in relevant project management methodology are a strong asset.
- You're a natural collaborator and you can demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills.
- Exposure to previous Salesforce-related projects would be desirable.
