Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality meals to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook meals to the highest standard, ensuring presentation and quality meet our high standards.
- Maintain a clean, well-presented, and well-stocked kitchen and service area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Stay up-to-date with menus and food offerings, ensuring accurate information for customers.
- Provide a warm and friendly service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Ensure compliance with COSHH, Food Safety, and Health & Safety regulations.
Working Pattern
This is a 5-day out of 7, 32.5 hours per week role, with every other weekend off.
Requirements
- Possess a passion for food and a commitment to quality.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Previous catering experience, with a strong understanding of kitchen operations and food safety.
