Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Insurance Specialist to join our team at Stride Resource Management. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for fostering client relationships and helping them find the right insurance products to fit their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Network and prospect to develop a portfolio of clients and grow revenue.
- Work with clients to identify and implement insurance solutions that meet their needs, with premiums between £20,000 - £50,000 (on average).
- Collaborate with our team to provide a diverse range of insurance products and solutions to clients.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of commercial insurance products and services.
- Relevant qualifications, such as CII, are advantageous.
- Ability to demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit and drive business growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and resilient approach.
