We are seeking a talented English writer to join our team at Outlier, where you will play a crucial role in training our AI models.
Key Responsibilities:
- Read and rank English text to evaluate AI model responses.
- Write and rewrite prompts and responses, requiring research and fact-checking skills.
- Assess the factuality and relevance of text produced by AI models.
Requirements:
- Experience as a professional writer or editor.
- Strong English-language skills, including spelling, grammar, logic, and reasoning.
- Attention to detail and ability to explain text strengths and weaknesses.
What We Offer:
- Competitive pay rates, averaging USD $15 per hour for core project work.
- Opportunity to work on a variety of projects, with potential for higher rates based on expertise and project need.
