Positioned in either the UK or Germany within our Workplace Services Division, the European Fleet Operations Manager will oversee the management of TJX Europe's external fleet service providers, ensuring that all offerings align with the operational and commercial needs of our associates and the organization.
You will supervise one direct report and selected specialist service partners, delivering a comprehensive range of fleet services across TJX Europe. The European Fleet Operations Manager will collaborate closely with associates and stakeholders throughout TJX Europe, including global teams, to continuously refine the operational framework. You will serve as the subject matter expert, shaping our fleet initiatives to reflect the unique values and culture of TJX.

Primary Responsibilities

• Assist in defining and evolving the fleet business strategy

• Plan, manage, and direct the ongoing improvement initiatives of the fleet strategy

• Ensure that Workplace Services Management services are delivered to a high standard

• Conduct performance management to identify opportunities for continuous enhancement across all aspects of the Workplace Services function

• Emphasize quality in service delivery

• Collaborate cross-functionally to promote best practices and compliance

• Manage and report on annual budgets in partnership with Finance

• Oversee the development of fleet contracts in close cooperation with GS&P

• Contribute to TJX's focus on Environmental & Sustainability initiatives

Essential Skills & Experience

• Demonstrated experience in fleet management within a corporate, automotive, or fleet service provider context

• Experience in budget management

• Proven track record in talent development and performance management

• Experience in engaging and collaborating with senior business leaders

• Familiarity with developing KPIs and SLAs for service providers

• Proactive problem-solving approach, ensuring exceptional service delivery to our valued partners

• Proven experience in talent development and performance management
