European Fleet Manager Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled European Fleet Manager to join our Workplace Services Function. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing our external fleet providers across six European markets, ensuring that all services meet the needs of our associates and the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a fleet business strategy that aligns with our company values and culture.
  • Manage and direct the overall continuous improvement program and activities of the fleet strategy.
  • Ensure the delivery of Workplace Services Management services to a high standard.
  • Performance Management to identify opportunities for continuous improvement across all aspects of the Workplace Services function.
  • Focus on quality-of-service delivery and cross-functional working to support best practice and compliance.
  • Manage the development of fleet contracts in close collaboration with our Global Services and Procurement team.
  • Contribute to our Environmental & Sustainability focus.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience of fleet management in a corporate, automotive industry, or fleet provider (ideally with European exposure).
  • Experience of managing budgets and developing people.
  • Proven experience of engaging and partnering with senior business leaders to implement change.
  • Working knowledge of developing KPIs and SLAs for service providers.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving, ensuring unparalleled service delivery to our valued partners.
