Mansell Recruitment Group is seeking a highly skilled Service Support Specialist to join our team. As a Service Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and technical expertise to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical faults using advanced remote monitoring tools and technical expertise.
- Collaborate with Service Technicians to plan and execute service visits, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of customer issues.
- Manage spare parts administration, including identifying required parts, producing quotations, and converting quotes into orders.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and technical advancements, applying this knowledge to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Electrical or Electronic Engineering qualification (City & Guilds Level 1-3, HNC/HND, or NVQ Level 2+).
- Previous experience in electrical fault finding, either on-site or over the phone.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Meticulous, accurate, and confident, with the ability to close out tasks efficiently.
- Computer literate, with basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Fluent Spanish speaker (ideally).
Benefits
- Competitive salary: £42,000 - £44,000 per annum.
- Minimum hours of work: 08:45 - 17:15, Monday - Friday.

- Private healthcare and increased pension contributions (8%) after 2-3 years' service.
