A reputable and established law firm, G2 Legal Limited, is seeking a Private Client Solicitor to join its team on a hybrid basis. This firm continues to grow and expand its services, offering a unique opportunity for a Private Client Solicitor or experienced Fee Earner to contribute to its success.

As a Private Client Solicitor, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of matters, including Wills, Probate, Estate Administration, and Lasting Powers of Attorney. You will be expected to have a strong knowledge of these areas and be able to provide expert advice to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing expert advice on Wills, Probate, Estate Administration, and Lasting Powers of Attorney matters
  • Working with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Collaborating with other lawyers and professionals to deliver high-quality services
  • Staying up-to-date with changes in the law and best practices

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Private Client Solicitor or in a related field
  • Strong knowledge of Wills, Probate, Estate Administration, and Lasting Powers of Attorney matters
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • STEP qualified (desirable)
