We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Integral UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, performing routine maintenance tasks, and resolving technical issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilities Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, including fault finding and rectification, to ensure the optimal functioning of our facilities.
- Technical Support: Provide technical support to our operations team, dealing with day-to-day engineering and contract issues.
- Quality Control: Conduct quality control checks on reactive and planned maintenance tasks to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, end-users, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
- Flexibility: Demonstrate a flexible approach to working times to meet the needs of our clients and business requirements.
- Emergency Response: Respond to emergency situations in a timely and professional manner.
- Health and Safety: Maintain accurate health and safety records and ensure good practice in all aspects of the job.
- Additional Duties: Perform other duties as requested by the Contract Delivery Manager to ensure the smooth running of our contracts.
Requirements:
- Previous Experience: Previous experience within the building services sector.
- Qualifications: Current full UK driving license and a good awareness of health and safety working practices.
- Skills: Flexible approach to work, ability to work to tight deadlines, and commitment to continuing professional development.
