Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Visual Arts Director to guide and motivate a skilled team of artists. In this pivotal role, you will shape the artistic direction of our projects, ensuring that we deliver high-quality and immersive gaming experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and mentor artist teams, fostering professional growth
- Collaborate with external partners and outsourcing teams
- Direct art vision and provide constructive feedback during art reviews
- Maintain high standards of quality and authenticity in game production
Qualifications & Skills
- Over 10 years of experience in the gaming sector, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity
- Proficient in diverse artistic styles and production tools
- Strong leadership capabilities with a focus on unified artistic vision
- Experience with multiple platforms and familiarity with UE4 & UE5
