About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Project Manager to lead the migration of our telephony and contact centre systems to a modern cloud solution. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end project, ensuring a seamless transition that enhances our operational efficiency and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a detailed project plan, timeline, and budget
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure project milestones are met
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices
- Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders
- Manage project documentation and reporting
What You'll Bring:
