Compensation: The position offers a competitive salary range of £35,000 to £40,000, accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package.
Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Salesforce Implementation Analyst, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating closely with senior stakeholders and internal users to document and analyze current business workflows.
- Identifying opportunities for enhancements and implementing effective solutions.
- Managing and overseeing all projects related to Salesforce deployment across various business units.
- Utilizing your expertise in agile methodologies, including story grooming and sprint planning, to ensure timely project completion.
- Communicating project updates and statuses to stakeholders with clarity and professionalism, both verbally and in written reports.
Your role will also involve:
- Developing and executing comprehensive Salesforce test plans to ensure the accuracy and functionality of business processes.
- Creating training materials and conducting instructional sessions, including in-person training, video tutorials, and presentations.
- Demonstrating proficiency in Sales Cloud features such as Leads, Customer Accounts, Products, and Opportunities.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- A minimum of two years of relevant experience with Salesforce and Sales Cloud.
- Certification in Salesforce is highly desirable.
- A solid understanding of Agile project management principles and practices.
