Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Education Support Professional to join our school community in Milton Keynes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic about supporting children's learning and development while working closely with teachers and staff to create a nurturing learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist teachers in the classroom with lesson preparation, delivery, and student support.
  • Provide 1:1 and small group support to students, helping with both academic and social development.
  • Support children with special educational needs (SEN) by adapting activities and resources to meet their individual needs.
  • Monitor and track student progress, offering feedback and support as needed.
  • Help maintain a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment.
  • Supervise students during breaks, lunchtimes, and on school trips.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as an Education Support Professional or in a similar educational setting (preferred).
  • A genuine passion for helping children succeed in their education.
  • Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative when needed.
  • Relevant qualifications or training (desirable).
