About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Catering Operations Manager to join our team at C&E Recruitment. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate all catering and events operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and increase revenue.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of events.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of catering and events operations.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar catering and events management role, with a strong track record of success.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage staff at all levels.
  • Proficient in IT, with strong skills in Word and Excel.
  • Advanced knowledge of food principles and practices, with a strong understanding of menu planning and inventory management.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing circumstances.
