Position Overview

We are currently seeking qualified Level 1 Gymnastics Coaches who are approachable, enthusiastic, energetic, and fun to join our team. The role will adhere to the British Gymnastics award framework. If you possess the necessary qualifications, passion, and capability to guide others in achieving their aspirations, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Foster positive relationships with fellow coaches, parents, and children.
  • Exhibit self-motivation, enthusiasm, and initiative.
  • Hold a nationally recognized gymnastics coaching qualification.
  • Demonstrate responsibility and strong leadership skills.
  • Show commitment to the club and the groups you oversee.
  • Collaborate effectively within a coaching team.
  • Exhibit strong organizational skills.
  • Display a willingness to learn and enhance your knowledge and experience, with potential for further qualifications.
  • Adapt to varying hours and demands as needed.
