As an Operations Support Specialist at Team ITG, you will play a key role in supporting the ops team in all areas of production. You will be responsible for ensuring timesheets are updated daily, assisting with PO's, invoicing, and credit card reconciliation, and assisting in resource scheduling and booking of FL's. You will also assist in utilisation reporting, tracking and reporting against hour anomalies on projects, and tracking OT and FL spend. Additionally, you will support the wider team on software and admin projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure timesheets are updated daily
  • Assist with PO's, invoicing, and credit card reconciliation
  • Assist in resource scheduling and booking of FL's
  • Assist in utilisation reporting
  • Assist in tracking and reporting against hour anomalies on projects
  • Assist in tracking OT and FL spend
  • Support the wider team on software and admin projects
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the ability to learn and use different platforms quickly, be computer literate, have good knowledge of Excel and Microsoft, and be able to learn on the job. Experience with Adobe Cloud is beneficial, and a bonus if you have a good understanding of Monday.
