Job Title: Junior Ops Manager

As a key member of our ops team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, where no two days are ever the same.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Update timesheets daily to ensure accurate tracking of employee hours.
  • Assist with purchase orders, invoicing, and credit card reconciliation to maintain financial accuracy.
  • Support resource scheduling and booking of freelancers to optimize project delivery.
  • Contribute to utilization reporting to inform business decisions.
  • Track and report on hour anomalies on projects to ensure timely resolution.
  • Monitor and report on overtime and freelancer spend to maintain budget control.
  • Support smaller single-channel projects to develop skills and expertise.
  • Collaborate with the wider team on software and admin projects to drive innovation.
Requirements:
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new platforms and software quickly.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive results.
  • Ability to learn on the job and take initiative in a dynamic environment.
  • Understanding of Monday.com is a plus.
  • Experience with Adobe Cloud is beneficial.
  • Ambition to maintain systems and processes in a future phase.
