Position Overview

Inplace Personnel Services Ltd is currently in search of a skilled Sheet Metal Fabricator to join our esteemed manufacturing team.

About the Role

As a prominent player in the Aerospace industry, we are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:

  • Expertise in Sheet Metal Fabrication: Candidates should have substantial experience in fabricating a diverse range of products within a sophisticated aerospace production setting.
  • Production Responsibilities: You will be tasked with implementing the weekly production schedule, collaborating with Production Leaders and Manufacturing Engineers to ensure timely and efficient task completion while adhering to quality standards.
  • Qualifications: An apprenticeship background is essential, with a minimum of a Level 3 vocational qualification in Fabrication.
  • Proficiency: Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in fabrication and sheet metal working techniques.
Preferred Background

While experience in the Aerospace sector is ideal, candidates from Automotive, Manufacturing, or Tool Making backgrounds are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Skills
  • Material Knowledge: A solid understanding of aerospace-grade materials across various geometries and sizes is advantageous, along with a familiarity with welding and inspection processes.
