Job Description

United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to fill the role of Clinical Educator and Endoscopy Unit Lead. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to join our team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical education and training to staff members in all areas of endoscopy
  • Develop and implement educational programs to enhance staff knowledge and skills
  • Collaborate with the Endoscopy Sister to ensure seamless delivery of patient care
  • Deputize for the Endoscopy Sister in their absence
  • Contribute to the development of student nurses while on placement in the endoscopy unit
Requirements
  • 1st Level Nurse with NMC Registration
  • Evidence of further professional development
  • Evidence of further Teaching & Assessing Qualification (Clinical Mentorship/fLIPS ENB 998 or equivalent)
Desirable Qualifications
