Clinical Educator and Deputy Sister for Endoscopy Unit

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Nurse to join our Endoscopy Unit as a Deputy Sister and Clinical Educator. The successful candidate will be responsible for the clinical education of staff, development of student nurses, and deputising in the absence of the Sister.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical education and training to staff in all areas of Endoscopy
- Develop and implement educational programs for student nurses
- Deputise for the Sister in their absence
- Contribute to the development of the Endoscopy Unit
Requirements
- 1st Level Nurse with NMC Registration
- Evidence of further professional development
- Evidence of teaching and assessing qualification (Clinical Mentorship or equivalent)
