We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at Lynn Bennett Resourcing. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in driving workforce transformation and delivering positive outcomes for our clients.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing change programs related to workforce transformation, with a focus on organizational design, re-organization, restructuring, and consultations. You will work closely with our internal comms team to ensure effective delivery of information and produce project proposals that are evidence-based, operationally effective, and value for money.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement organizational design strategies to drive business growth and improvement
- Manage change programs related to workforce transformation, including re-organization, restructuring, and consultations
- Work with internal stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of information and project outcomes
- Produce project proposals that are evidence-based, operationally effective, and value for money
- Support the Head of People & OD in defining and developing project scopes and objectives
- Experience in managing change programs related to workforce transformation
- Relevant project management experience within the HR function, with a CIPD qualification or equivalent
- Ability to quickly connect and develop working relationships with project stakeholders, including leaders and external partners
- Articulate communication style that engages numerous stakeholder groups
- Capability to manage the challenges of project development and delivery within competing perspectives and priorities
