Position Overview

Dnevo Partners is seeking a skilled Executive Support Coordinator to provide comprehensive assistance to our prominent team on a long-term basis, collaborating with two additional coordinators, with the flexibility of remote work one day per week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the complex schedules of two Managing Directors and five Directors, along with additional support for other team members as needed.
  • Coordinate both international and domestic travel arrangements, including visa processing.
  • Handle expense reporting through Concur.
  • Facilitate the planning and execution of monthly team gatherings.

Required Skills and Experience


• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role within professional or financial sectors is essential.


• Demonstrated ability to support high-level executives effectively.


• Strong expertise in managing complex calendars.


• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.


• A collaborative team member who is proactive, driven, and personable.


• Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite.
