KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Providing BREEAM consultancy and assessments, primarily for mixed-use and non-residential projects, including site evaluations.
  • Engaging actively with clients and project teams to ensure sustainability requirements are integrated and met throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Delivering high-quality consultancy and written reports at all stages of development.
  • Utilizing team resources to ensure clients receive timely and professional advice and assessments.
  • Acting as Project Lead, overseeing the financial and project management of various sustainability services.

COMPETENCIES:

Essential:

  • Licensed BREEAM Assessor
  • Team-oriented with the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Familiarity with Local Authority policies, their application, and the planning process.
  • Solid construction knowledge.

Desirable:

  • Qualified BREEAM Advisory Professional (AP)
  • Ability to provide additional outputs such as climate change adaptation reports and sustainable procurement plans.
  • Experience with IES Tap.
  • Understanding of construction procurement routes and their application to RIBA Stages.
  • Experience with BREEAM In Use/Communities/Refurbishment/HQM/ESG reporting.
