Sales Quotation Specialist

Laura Smith Recruitment Limited is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Sales Quotation Specialist to become a vital part of our dynamic team within a thriving engineering firm.
The Sales Quotation Specialist will report directly to the Internal Sales Manager and will work a standard Monday to Friday schedule. The primary responsibilities of this role include:
- Offering exceptional support to clients and distributors, fostering strong relationships while showcasing a solid understanding of commercial principles.
- Efficiently preparing and managing quotes for a global distribution network.
- Ensuring that all quotations comply with established policies and trading terms.
- Collaborating closely with the Sales team to meticulously check and review orders, guaranteeing high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Maintaining and updating information within the CRM system.
- Drafting, verifying, and modifying quotes as well as processing orders.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a comparable position, such as Internal Sales, Sales Coordinator, or Sales Estimator. This role is also suitable for individuals looking to advance from a customer service position within the Engineering, Industrial, or Manufacturing sectors.
