Key Responsibilities for the CNC Programming Specialist:
  • Utilize various CAM software (including bespoke systems) to develop, implement, and maintain programs for diverse manufacturing operations.
  • Employ Creo (Pro/Engineer) to analyze models and generate programs for intricate machined profiles on milling, turning, and turn/mill CNC machines.
  • Training will be provided to assist in estimating product costs, enhancing your expertise in this area.
  • Support the compilation of machine time for new work quotations.
Qualifications:
HNC or apprenticeship in a relevant industrial field is preferred, although extensive experience as a CNC Programmer may be considered as a substitute.

Familiarity with machine and process protocols for systems such as Fanuc, Okuma, Mazak, or Mitsubishi is essential, along with hands-on experience as a CNC Programmer operating these machines.
