Key Responsibilities:- Monitor and allocate resident payments to ensure timely receipt of funds.
- Manage debtors and pursue outstanding payments through email, telephone, and letter, adhering to company procedures.
- Negotiate and track resident payment plans to minimize arrears.
- Prepare debtors reports for internal and external stakeholders, providing valuable insights into financial performance.
- Present arrears status to internal and external parties, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Escalate internal legal processes for arrears exceeding two months.
- Liaise with internal sales and lettings teams to resolve issues surrounding outstanding payments.
- Complete account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- A competitive salary of £28,000 - £33,000.
