Available Positions:

Vehicle Preparation Operative (VPO)

This role is essential for operational support, ensuring patient safety while assisting Operations in achieving its objectives. Key responsibilities include thorough cleaning and infection control measures, inspecting medical equipment, restocking supplies, refueling, and transporting vehicles to various locations.

Emergency Medical Dispatcher (EMD)

As a first point of contact for individuals in medical emergencies, our trained Call Handlers operate from our Control Rooms. Your role involves accurately documenting information during calls, often in challenging situations, and providing advice or reassurance to callers. You will input patient details into a computer system to categorize the urgency of their condition, ensuring they receive appropriate care.

Emergency Care Assistant (ECA)

The ECA role involves responding to incidents and assisting healthcare professionals in delivering clinical and personal care on the front lines. Responsibilities include driving under emergency conditions and responding to a variety of calls, from accidents to sudden illnesses.
