Classroom Cover Supervisor

Position Overview:
As a Cover Supervisor, you will be instrumental in ensuring that students continue their learning journey in the absence of their regular educators.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing classroom activities and ensuring students engage with the assignments provided by their teachers.
- Maintaining classroom discipline in accordance with school guidelines.
- Supporting students with their tasks and addressing any inquiries they may have.
- Providing constructive feedback to the regular teacher regarding student engagement and behavior during their absence.

Candidate Requirements:
Qualifications:
A degree or equivalent qualification is preferred, though not mandatory. Previous experience in a similar capacity or working with youth is advantageous.
Skills:
Strong communication and organizational abilities. Competence in managing classroom behavior effectively.
Attitude:
A positive mindset and a genuine enthusiasm for working with young individuals.
Clearance:
An enhanced DBS check is mandatory for this position (assistance with the application process is available).
