About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Product Analyst to join our Digital Trading team at Hiscox. As a Product Analyst, you will be responsible for leading the product design for eTrade builds across the Acturis panels and Hiscox extranets.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with Product Heads and Underwriting Management to define product requirements that work for our brokers digitally and are aligned with our underwriting approach.
- Take a lead in optimising the Hiscox extranets through ongoing review of customer journeys using data and broker feedback, prioritising and delivering small change improvements.
- Represent our digital trading roadmap with brokers and be available as an Acturis product expert to support opportunities and account management.
- Work with the product governance team to embed a product review cycle for digital trading platforms and co-ordinate wording changes for digital platforms.
Requirements
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills; internally and externally.
- Accomplished experience in an underwriting environment.
