About the Role:
As a vital member of AXA, you will play a key role in shaping our digital transformation by delivering innovative cloud platform solutions. Your expertise will help us enhance our services and streamline our operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement solutions for managing and automating cloud environments across development, testing, and production.
  • Provide architectural guidance and support to development teams to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and monitor systems post-deployment.
  • Manage capacity proactively and ensure scalability of cloud resources.
  • Ensure that all components align with the target architecture from both application and infrastructure perspectives.
  • Identify and implement improvements in processes and toolsets.
  • Showcase innovation through prototyping and proof of concept initiatives.
  • Automate repetitive tasks and implement tools to enhance operational efficiency.

Your Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience as a platform or Azure engineer.
  • Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
  • Proficient in automation tools and continuous delivery practices.
  • Experience in writing and deploying Infrastructure as Code.
  • Commitment to high-quality development standards.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure services.
  • Understanding of Microsoft Azure DevOps CI/CD practices.
  • Ability to utilize automation technologies such as ARM, BiCep, Terraform, and PowerShell.
  • Relevant certifications are a plus.
