We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Branch Assistant to join our night team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our store during night shifts.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer needs are met
- Work collaboratively with the night team to maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Process transactions and handle customer queries in a professional and courteous manner
- Assist with stock management and replenishment as required
- Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to maintain a visually appealing store environment
