Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated part-time or full-time Concierge / Driver to enhance our exceptional service at our prestigious 5-star establishment located in the scenic Lake District. The ideal candidate will possess a vibrant personality, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:

  • Exhibit a strong commitment to providing top-tier guest service and care
  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of local attractions and points of interest in the Lake District
  • Communicate effectively and build rapport with guests
  • Maintain a friendly demeanor and a willingness to assist
  • Utilize previous experience in a customer-facing position
  • Employ basic computer and IT skills as necessary

Qualifications
To qualify for this position, you should possess:

  • A valid Private Hire Vehicle license or Private Hire Taxi license, or a willingness to undergo training

Compensation and Benefits

Salary: £11.75 to £13.25 per hour (equivalent to £24,440 to £27,560 annually)
Tips: £150 - £230 monthly (pro-rated for part-time hours)
Accommodation: Subsidized lodging available on-site or in the nearby area
Staff Transport: Complimentary transport provided between staff accommodations and the hotel
Work Hours: Flexible part-time hours available
