Key Responsibilities:

  • Booking and attending lettings viewings and valuations to secure new business opportunities.
  • Generating business through face-to-face and phone interactions, driving sales and revenue growth.

  • Negotiating lets to secure the best possible outcomes for clients.
  • Updating window cards and online portals to maintain accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Striving to meet and exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and targets, contributing to the team's success.
  • Collaborating with the Lettings Manager to support the day-to-day running of the lettings department.

Requirements:

  • Previous lettings experience is essential, ideally at a Senior Lettings Negotiator level, with a proven track record of success.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
