Key Responsibilities

As a Trainee Lettings Negotiator, your primary focus will be on generating and booking valuations, conducting property viewings, negotiating agreements, and progressing lets through to exchange and completion. You'll work closely with our experienced team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve outstanding results.

Requirements
  • Preferably an experienced sales person with a strong track record of success
  • Able to generate new business in a target-driven environment
  • Outstanding customer care and customer service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate with proficiency in MS Office, internet, and email systems
  • A Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle
