**Job Title:** Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst

**Location:** North West region

**Job Type:** Permanent

**About the Role:**

We are working closely with a professional and highly regarded UKAS accredited Asbestos Consultancy to recruit a qualified and hardworking Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst. This role would suit someone with a strong consultancy background and extensive experience in carrying out surveying and analytical services for Educational, Manufacturing, and Heavy Industry clients.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Work in line with HSG 264 guidelines to carry out management, refurbishment, demolition, and re-inspection surveys
* Carry out 4 stage clearances
* Undertake leak, smoke, background, re-occupation, and personal air testing in line with HSG 248 guidelines
* Attend site to carry out audits
* Undertake sampling of suspected ACMs
* Bag and correctly label samples before sending for analysis
* Use TEAMS / TRACKER systems to produce detailed comprehensive reports
* Provide excellent consultancy support and advice to clients when required

**Requirements:**

* Must hold industry relevant qualifications (e.g., P402, P403, P404 or RSPH equivalent)
* Experience carrying out the full range of surveying and analytical services for a UKAS accredited Asbestos Consultancy
* Well-versed in HSG 264 / HSG 248 guidelines
* Familiar with using TEAMS / TRACKER systems
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to manage workload efficiently
