Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the technical design and coordination of multiple projects across all RIBA stages, ensuring seamless project delivery and high-quality results.
- Produce and/or supervise the preparation of technical design information, including drawings, details, specifications, and other relevant documentation and reports.
- Lead design team meetings, produce meeting reports, and actively contribute to all project meetings, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
- Respond to and resolve site queries, attending site as required to review construction works for quality and statutory compliance.
- Depending on experience, manage and supervise junior team members to achieve optimal results, promoting professional growth and development.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience as a Technologist/Senior Technologist on commercial or large residential projects, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality results.
- Demonstrated technical ability, especially in developing bespoke construction details to solve technical problems, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for innovation.
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, with the ability to adapt to new software and technologies as needed.
- Thorough working knowledge of the UK planning process and building regulations, including recent changes under the BSA, with a commitment to staying up-to-date with industry developments.
- Strong teamwork skills, a solid work ethic, and a willingness to go the extra mile to deliver exceptional results.
- Clear and confident communication skills (verbal, written, and listening), with the ability to establish positive rapport with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
- Good emotional intelligence and empathy, with the ability to establish positive relationships and build strong working partnerships.

- A competitive salary of £47,000 - £55,000, with annual salary review and performance-linked pay rises.
