Position Overview:
As a dedicated Residential Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the lives of children and young individuals with disabilities. Your commitment and enthusiasm will contribute significantly to creating a nurturing environment that promotes personal growth and independence.

Working Hours:
- 4 x 37 hours per week with additional enhancements (up to £4,000 annually)
- 3 x 30 hours per week with enhancements (up to £4,000 annually, pro rata)

Role Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for supporting children and young people in various aspects, including:

  • Facilitating the achievement of personal goals and aspirations

  • Organizing and participating in recreational activities
  • Innovating new methods to foster engagement
