The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Warehouse Operative. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse and yard, including the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and maintain a safe and secure warehouse environment
  • Assist in the receipt and storage of goods, including loading and unloading vehicles
  • Ensure accurate and timely dispatch of goods to customers
  • Develop and maintain good working relationships with colleagues and customers
  • Contribute to the achievement of team targets and objectives

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and procedures
  • Full UK driving license and ability to drive a van
  • Desirable: qualified forklift truck and telehandler driver, tachograph card, CPC driving license, and agricultural knowledge
