Sheet Metal Folder and Rollformer

We are a long established Cladding Supplies and Manufacturer seeking a Sheet Metal Worker to join our team on a Full-time basis in a flexible role.

**Required Licences/Qualifications**
- Counterbalance Forklift Truck Licence (up to 5T and Current)

Due to the nature of our business, your role would be a varied one. Your weekly work would generally be spread over the following roles dependant on the workload for each day:
**Sheet Metal Folder/Flashings Manufacturer and Rollforming Machine Operation**
- Operation of 'RAS' & 'Safan Darley' Guillotine cutting colour coated flat sheets into required widths
- Minimising waste when cutting blanks
- Operating CNC RAS & Cidan Folding Machines to fold blanks to drawings provided
- Thinking ahead when doing particular jobs or when assisting others to make processes as efficient as possible

- Operating Box Profile/Corrugated Sheet Rollformer to produce orders
- General tidying of work area and warehouse
- General Maintenance of machinery when needed or if able

**Yard Duties**
- Loading of Customer's vehicles
- Unloading of incoming wagons
- Processing the incoming goods to their respective storage places, including labelling of the stock goods to ease future picking
- General tidying of the yard to ensure a safe and tidy workplace
- Forklift Daily Checklists
- Keeping the Rollforming Staff supplied with necessary coils in anticipation and good time
- Thinking ahead when doing particular jobs or when assisting others to make processes as efficient as possible
